Customised Account Management Structure
The key to ensuring the success of any relationship and meeting the service delivery expectations of our customer be the broad-ranging experience of our Account Managers. They will be responsible for managing the overall relationship, including presenting regular quality and performance reviews. The reviews will be broad ranging and cover cost minimisation, strategic consulting and general advice.
Our Account Managers will work in consultation with our customer and our customer service team to ensure that recommendations developed during the strategic review process maximise opportunities to improve the operational and cost effectiveness of your business activities.
